Description:

If you've ever dreamed of becoming a park ranger, this position is ideal for you! The purpose of the Trai Patrol program is to assist Park Ranger staff with quality visitor management through patrolling trails, helping with capacity, participating in resource protection, providing information regarding programs/special activities in the park, informing visitors about local and natural history, alleviating management issues (e.g. dogs off leash), and assisting with emergency situations within level of training. This position allows for greater staff presence throughout the park during our high-use season and helps enhance visitors' experiences by increasing visitor access to information, helping with emergency situations and the overall safety of our guests, and assisting staff with caring for and protecting this amazing resource.
