This site offers great recreation opportunities close by from Grand Lake to Breckenridge. Not a largely populated are and still close to Denver (2 hours). Small team in the area so we all know each other well. Gold medal fishing on the Colorado River and good hunting opportunity.
CPW is looking for two hosts at Hot Sulphur Springs SWA for the 2025 season!
Volunteer responsibilities include:
- mowing
- running a weed eater
- irrigating
- picking up trash
- fence maintenance
- Checking on campers
- Cleaning campsite restrooms
- other duties.
The person or persons should be in reasonably good physical condition so they are able to do these duties. Experience with ATVs, driving a manual transmission, and some agricultural experience preferred.
Site elevation:
7,600 ft
Pairs or individuals are accepted, and hosts are permitted to have pets.
- Time Commitment:
20 hours per person per week. Desired time commitment is 3-5 months from May - September
